SERIES A STARTUP

I coached a C-Suite executive, brand-new to his role in the startup.

Coaching helped him translate long-term strategy into short-term tactics. This helped equip the leadership to make tough (but game-changing) decisions, grow their team while increasing base salaries, and raise $8M in their Series A.

CLIMATE INNOVATION PROGRAMME

I provided team coaching to groups of 100+ emerging leaders to mobilise skill sets and mindsets for climate innovation.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • We start with an initial call to learn more about your needs, then schedule a deeper needs assessment. I’ll then design a proposal to fit what your company needs.

  • For larger projects, I bring in trusted associates who also specialise in climate change, startups, or a specific challenge you’re facing. When we’re coaching as a team, we can offer a systems lens. This means a mix of coaching and consulting: helping you pre-empt challenges, and build on strengths.

  • Many clients start by hiring us to coach their senior leadership team, and then cascade that down into team and/or retainer coaching. This builds a strong coaching and learning culture across your company.

  • I also offer bespoke workshops. Where relevant, I bring in skilled partners. Together, we create something unique for your organisation's needs.
